I had to do it different way.
The solution:
a drill bit, few minutes, and a tiny file.
Here it is...
It doesn't look good, but does the job.
The tip on the middle is only for holding the drill in the centre, while side blades cut the ring shape into the copper.
Pads are well isolated from the other part of the board. One can connect the parts soldering jumping wires to pads.
